Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO)

Dimitrios Kostopoulos is Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) of Alpha Asset Management M.F.M.C., a position he has held since July 2026.

He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the financial services sector, with extensive expertise in capital markets, investor relations, asset management and private banking.

During the preceding four years, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Finance S.A., the brokerage subsidiary of the Alpha Bank Group. Prior to this appointment, he served for more than a decade as Head of Investor Relations of the Alpha Bank Group, with primary responsibility for the Group's engagement with its institutional investors and shareholders. In this capacity, he contributed significantly to the successful execution of major equity and debt capital market transactions during one of the most challenging periods for the Greek economy and banking sector.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Fund Manager at Alpha Asset Management M.F.M.C. and held various positions within the Private Banking and Treasury divisions of the Alpha Bank Group.

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), City St George's, University of London.
