The Alpha Prosperity IV Step-Up Structured Fund has entered OTC derivatives con-tracts with bond and equity exposure. It also invests in a diversified portfolio of bonds, money market instruments and other securities.

Investment objective

•  The Fund seeks to offer a predetermined total return (through annual cash distri-butions, as detailed in its constitutional documents) if, on any of the five annual anniversaries starting from 13.02.2026, the performance of the equity index «EU-RO iSTOXX® 50 Futures Roll TR Decrement 5%» is greater than or equal to per-centage of 7.5%.
• It also aims to protect the invested capital if, on none of the five annual anniver-saries from 10.10.2025, the performance of the equity index «EURO iSTOXX® 50 Futures Roll TR Decrement 5%» reaches or exceeds 7.5%.

These returns apply to shareholders who had purchased their shares on 13.02.2026 and will keep their investment until 13.02.2031. If the shares are redeemed before 13.02.2031, the shareholders may incur substantial capital loss.
