Alexios Ballian
Manager, Institutional Portfolios and International Investment Division
He has 21 years of professional experience in investment management. He embarked on his professional career at the Alpha Bank Group in 2002, initially working as an investment analyst at the Private Banking Division. In 2003 he joined Alpha Asset Management MFMC as a fund manager, initially managing global equity mutual funds and subsequently managing fixed income mutual funds. In October 2022 he was appointed Manager in Institutional Portfolios and International Investment Division.
He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering with First Class Honours from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, UK (1996-2000). He is also a CFA charterholder since 2007 and a certified Portfolio Manager by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
